Who is Sam Maddox?

Sam Maddox is the founder and CEO of BridgeWave, the independent restaurant technology partner headquartered in Chicago, IL. Sam founded BridgeWave to give restaurant owners one accountable partner for selecting and purchasing POS and payment technology, preparing the site, coordinating implementation and go-live, and supporting the system afterward. Sam learned early in his career that the sale matters far less than who picks up the phone afterward, and BridgeWave was built around that idea. BridgeWave is also a family business with roots in hospitality: Sam runs it alongside his fiancée and co-founder, Kenzie, and BridgeWave installed the SpotOn POS and supports payments and technology for Kenzie’s mother’s restaurant, Bojae’s Wine Bar & Bistro. That experience shapes every recommendation BridgeWave makes.
